How to access webmail in Plesk

Method 1- Through Plesk

  1. Log in to Plesk.
  2. Select the “Mail” option from the left-hand side menu.

  3. Select the account for which you wish to access Webmail and then click on the Webmail icon.

  4. On the webmail login page, enter the full email address (e.g., [email protected]) and the password for the account you wish to access.
  5. Incomplete usernames (e.g., just “test”) are not accepted.
  6. Click “Login” to load the mailbox for your account.

Method 2 – Accessing webmail directly

  1. Open your web browser and go to https://webmail.example.com, replacing “example.com” with your domain name.
  2. On the webmail login page, enter the full email address and password for the account you want to access.
  3. Ensure you type the complete email address (e.g., [email protected]) as the username; partial usernames are not accepted.
  4. Click “Login” to load the mailbox for the account.
