Method 1- Through Plesk
- Log in to Plesk.
- Select the “Mail” option from the left-hand side menu.
- Select the account for which you wish to access Webmail and then click on the Webmail icon.
- On the webmail login page, enter the full email address (e.g., [email protected]) and the password for the account you wish to access.
- Incomplete usernames (e.g., just “test”) are not accepted.
- Click “Login” to load the mailbox for your account.
Method 2 – Accessing webmail directly
- Open your web browser and go to https://webmail.example.com, replacing “example.com” with your domain name.
- On the webmail login page, enter the full email address and password for the account you want to access.
- Ensure you type the complete email address (e.g., [email protected]) as the username; partial usernames are not accepted.
- Click “Login” to load the mailbox for the account.
